Through job creation in rural communities, we have employed over 31 people of which 21 are women, representing 67% gender diversity. We have created employment opportunities for young people. Through skills development, training, and mentorship programs, we support youth entrepreneurship by improving access to finance and markets. we foster digital inclusion by providing access to digital technologies and partnering with another youth-led company to manage its online presence.
We preserve natural habitats and ecosystems through sustainable farming practices, reducing soil erosion, promoting biodiversity, lowering greenhouse gas emissions, and enhancing water and waste management. Our use of bio-gas energy highlights a commitment to eco-friendly innovations and effective environmental stewardship.
Zanani Farms empowers women by increasing land ownership opportunities, promoting economic independence, and fostering leadership through training and skills development in partnership with Ladies in Tertiary Education (LAITE). The initiative targets 100 women , aiming to boost their access to resources, opportunities,mutual aid, financial inclusion, and strengthen social inclusion while reducing gender-based violence.
